Our favourite healthy summer recipes!

Summers here and we're making the most of the sun, with picnics in the park, BBQ's on the beach and healthy summer packed lunches.
There's nothing better than preparing yummy food and sharing it with friends and family.

What's more, if you've prepared healthy meals and snacks, then there's no risk of feeling guilty when enjoying delicious food.

AVOCADO PESTO COURGETTI SALAD - Healthy Living James

Healthy pesto salad

We love Jame's take on a pasta favourite. Jame's replaces the pasta with courgette, for a low carb healthy twist.
Everything in this dish is cooked from scratch, including the aromatic pesto that you stir into the courgetti. 

This makes the perfect lunch time picnic dish to share with friends and family.


LIME, PINEAPPLE AND COCONUT SMOOTHIE BOWL - Madeleine Shaw

We drooled as soon as we came across this exotic lime, pineapple and coconut smoothie bowl. What a refreshing way to start the day, with a freshly prepared smoothie in a pineapple. 

Madeline also suggests that this zingy bowl, makes the perfect sweet treat for after dinner deserts.
