Don’t assume these are just for the female side of the family! My 13yr old sport mad son was struggling to sleep in the build-up and during the first week back to school, he tried out my sleep well balm and said ‘Mum, don’t tell Dad, but it really works, its magic and I really do sleep well’ Really recommend for all ages, I have since bought the sleep well candle and burn it at bath time, I wish I’d known about them when they were babies!!

Scent is soothing, calming, earthy and I just love it. I bought a standard size for my niece as a present - she’s been bullied at school, and I bought a mini for myself - I carry it with me all the time. I also received a complimentary mini which I gave to my sister - she loves the scent. I will be buying another or perhaps a set so that I can try the other scents.
