We love Jame's take on a pasta favourite. Jame's replaces the pasta with courgette, for a low carb healthy twist.
Everything in this dish is cooked from scratch, including the aromatic pesto that you stir into the courgetti. 

This makes the perfect lunch time picnic dish to share with friends and family.

We drooled as soon as we came across this exotic lime, pineapple and coconut smoothie bowl. What a refreshing way to start the day, with a freshly prepared smoothie in a pineapple. 

Madeline also suggests that this zingy bowl, makes the perfect sweet treat for after dinner deserts.
