I was given a tester size balm, and I was curious to try and see if it helped me. I have suffered from broken sleep for years, following menopause. Unlike other sleep balms it’s not over-lavendered…far more subtle, but the blend is amazing, as it really does help. I have good sleep hygiene, and generally have problems with wakefulness when I have work stress!! I tried this the night before a particular stressful forthcoming meeting, normally I would wake up and be ‘wide awake’ at 3am and thinking of the day ahead….Something clearly works in this formula, as I woke but fell back to sleep quickly!

Oh my gosh, this was so amazing to put the bomb on and then end up putting a puzzle together. It was just like an hour of total relaxation because I could smell this beautiful amazing scent, which was just so calm and peaceful as I worked on my small and I repeat small puzzle, which is exactly what I needed.
I'm not a person that can handle smells, my nose definitely works:) but the de-stress scent is very soothing to me and very helpful when I encounter unwanted smells; I just get out my balm and dab it under my nose and on my neck, behind ears, and wrists, and it overrides the stinky and makes me happy!! But it isn't overpowering at all, fades nicely. Love the portability without worry of spills in my bag. Give these balms a try, might be your new favorite as well!!

I’m really enjoying these scents. I bought the destress and sleep well balm. I keep the sleep well scent in my bedside drawer so that I can remember to use it when I get into bed, I find it very relaxing ! I like the stick method so that I can rub it on specific pulse points. Plus, as I have a scar on my right wrist it’s easier for me to put the scent on without it accidentally being sprayed on my scar.
