This really works, I tried the sleep balm and the scent is so lovely I drift off to sleep feeling relaxed and calm and it really lasts. Would highly recommend.
Don’t assume these are just for the female side of the family! My 13yr old sport mad son was struggling to sleep in the build-up and during the first week back to school, he tried out my sleep well balm and said ‘Mum, don’t tell Dad, but it really works, its magic and I really do sleep well’ Really recommend for all ages, I have since bought the sleep well candle and burn it at bath time, I wish I’d known about them when they were babies!!
