The world we live in can often be hectic and stressful creating moments of emotional, mental, and physical transitions as we move from one event to another. One of the biggest transitions is between work and home life, quite often when people turn their minds to thoughts of preparing the evening meal. Our Founder tried and tested the idea of combining acupressure with our aromatherapy balms to boost the benefits of the essential oils and speed the transition by placing our Five Minute Foot Mat on the floor in her kitchen so she could STOP.INHALE.RESET. before continuing with the meal preparation.
Our acupressure foot mat is compact and easy to use for every space, it helps restore balance to the body’s energy flow and promotes a sense of wellbeing to the body and mind. The gentle pressure of the mat allows the body to relax, release tension and bring calm into your day. Made from 100% high-quality thick cotton and high-density foam with thousands of non-toxic plastic spikes for foot massaging. It is large enough for any feet!

Tread carefully the first few times you try the mat as the spikes can be a bit much for some people. If this happens relax on a chair and rest your feet on the mat, gently lean forward supporting your upper body by placing your hands on your knees which in turn will slightly increase the pressure of the spikes on your feet. On subsequent uses of the mat slowly increase the pressure on the spikes until you can stand upright or you could try experimenting with the pressure by wearing socks.

Light weight tin, amazing scents that are not to over powering.
I had a problem with the first Escape Candle I purchase, but the moment I rang to talk to them they immediately sent me another candle which I've had burning every evening and the scent is beautiful. Well worth buying

I definitely recommend this Balm Collection. They smell incredible and they are lovely. I choose them depending on what I need at that moment. My favourite is the Lavander, and I always use it before I go to bed!
